The attraction for most of CESM’s clients is the company’s individualized approach to providing marketing strategy and analytics services that drive retention and growth for clients. Headed into 2019, CESM is welcoming another staff member, Min Chen as a Data Analyst. Mr. Chen’s role will be to extract, interpret and prepare both quantitative and qualitative data in order to report and implement analytics strategies to accomplish client goals and drive revenue. Mr. Chen holds a Master of Science in Economics from Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Data Science from Indiana University.
