The attraction for most of CESM’s clients is the company’s individualized approach to providing marketing strategy and analytics services that drive retention and growth for clients. The company utilizes an audience-centered approach in addition to advanced analytics and data science to develop and track data-driven marketing strategies. The ability to gain greater visibility into each client’s business and unifying otherwise siloed data allows for more intelligent and faster marketing, fundraising, and overall business decisions.

In addition to exceeding goals for growth in 2018, CESM successfully invested in additional staff and technology to continue finding new ways to innovate, support its growing client base, and evolve as a young business. Headed into 2019, CESM is welcoming another staff member, Min Chen as a Data Analyst. Mr. Chen’s role will be to extract, interpret and prepare both quantitative and qualitative data in order to report and implement analytics strategies to accomplish client goals and drive revenue. Mr. Chen holds a Master of Science in Economics from Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Data Science from Indiana University.

Mr. Loury states, “Min’s experience and education is a perfect example of the value proposition that we offer to our clients; using data to develop actionable business intelligence and strategy to help our clients achieve their goals for growth and retention.”

Along with achieving substantial economic growth over the past year, the company also became a member of the Rochester Data Science Consortium.  As a member, CESM can draw upon the Consortium’s analytics expertise and directly apply enhanced capabilities in artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing and the like to help meet client’s goals and objectives. CESM is honored to be an early member of the Consortium and to be part of an institution driving the future of data science initiatives in New York State and beyond.
