Innovative Data Insights Firm Selected to Help Modernize Regional Organization, Enabling it to Better Serve Area Businesses
CE Strategy has been selected by the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, the area’s largest and most powerful business advocacy organization, to guide its digital transformation efforts. Leveraging its unique data analytics and business expertise, CE Strategy will help Greater Rochester Chamber create efficiencies and maximize revenue generation, empowering it to better meet the business community’s evolving needs.
In collaboration with Greater Rochester Chamber leadership, CE Strategy will create a vision for a data-driven transformation that will integrate data and analytics into every department, creating a more effective and efficient organization.
CE Strategy will begin by reviewing Greater Rochester Chamber’s business processes and their associated data sources across departments, including talent strategy and workforce development, finance, membership, marketing, operations, advocacy, and human resources. They will identify where data is fragmented and where technology can heal the fractures, recommending technology solutions and partnerships for initiatives that address cloud storage, database development, business intelligence tools, website development, CRM, and others. CE Strategy will also address the change initiatives needed to make these transitions both effective and an integrated part of Greater Rochester Chamber’s daily work. These initiatives will improve operations and enhance the organization’s ability to achieve its mission of passionately serving, promoting, and advocating for its members in order to secure economic prosperity for the Finger Lakes region.
