LAURA DONIA
Director of Project Management
A planner and organizer by nature, Laura has been successfully leading technical teams from project inception through delivery for over 20 years. Her project portfolio includes engagements of all sizes, from low cost, high impact initiatives to multi-year engagements.
Laura’s approach to project management centers around working hard to earn and maintain the trust of every team member, listening to and balancing all points of view, frequent communication and expectation setting to always ensure alignment, and always advocating for what is best for the project objectives. Her strategic thinking and ability to process information quickly and accurately enable her to tackle and respond to challenges systematically. She believes that a project’s success is not simply defined by “on-time-on-budget”, but rather when a project team works together cohesively to execute and adapt as needed to achieve the project goals and feels proud of what they’ve accomplished.
Laura attended the University of New Hampshire where she earned both a BS and an MS in Computer Science, and later earned an MBA from Simmons College where she graduated with Highest Honors. She now lives in Hudson, MA where she enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and their two children Ryan and Adyson as well as other family and friends. In her free time, she is an avid runner and loves the beach and doing yard work.
