David Rossi has been geeking out over technology since the days when getting online meant enduring a symphony of beeps and screeches from your dial-up modem. Over the past 40 years, he’s founded and co-founded a bunch of tech ventures—including Sapien Software (where he was CTO) and AdMyTV, a marketing technology company that cranked analytics up to eleven. If you ask him, there’s no problem too big to solve, and yes, he definitely keeps a secret stash of dad jokes for every occasion.

With a solid track record—and the help of some very talented folks he’d teamed up with along the way—David launched Rossi Labs, LLC in Morristown, New Jersey. The crew specialized in dreaming up innovative software solutions and tackling tech riddles that would make most people’s heads spin. They soon found an ideal ally in Cause + Effect Strategy, and the two companies worked together like peanut butter and jelly (the crunchy kind, obviously).

Eventually, David and the Cause + Effect Strategy leadership decided to join forces completely by merging their companies. Now, as Vice President of Technology and Integration, David continues doing what he does best: mixing technological wizardry with just the right dose of dad humor. He’s a firm believer that even the toughest projects can be cracked with a smile (and maybe a few puns), and after four decades in the business, he’s still thrilled about how technology can change the world.
